General Functionalities
- Survey web forms can be prepared by users.
- Survey notification email: text of email notifying survey to respondents can be prepared by users.
- Survey notified by email including response request
- Anonymous or Authenticated Surveys: Surveys can be anonymous (you will not know which response is from which respondent) or authenticated (respondents must authenticate themselves in order to respond and each response can be associated with a respondent). In both cases, double response control is carried out.
- Simple choice, multiple choice, matrix and text answer options, among others
- Response receipt and statistical analysis: responses obtained are presented as distribution graphs and can be exported to Excel for further data analysis.
- Indicators can be created to measure surveys results.
- Actions Schedule for individuals who either belong or not to the area considered, establishing Responsible persons, Description and Expiration dates.
