General Functionalities

  • Uploading one or more organization charts per company, showing positions and lines of authority
  • List of responsibilities associated with each position
  • List of skills required for each specific position, including the relative importance of each one in the total skills required
  • Tools to keep the organization chart and the responsibilities assigned to each position updated
  • Personal files including general details (First and Last names, Telephone number, Address, Photos, CV, others).
  • Proven qualifications submitted by individuals, with degree of compliance shown as percentage.
  • “Percentage of compliance” or “availability rate” estimated by the relative weight of each skill in the position considered and “% of Compliance” by each individual.
  • Actions Schedule for individuals who either belong or not to the area considered, establishing Responsible persons, Description and Expiration dates.
